The project had the following objectives: - offer recent qualified and recent graduates from VET institutes the opportunity to develop professional skills in the qualification/diploma sector by carrying out a traineeship in a foreign company; - contribute to the improvement of language skills, by attending a course organized by the Municipality, through the use of the OLS platform and the daily interaction in a foreign language; - promote the development of soft skills through an “ad hoc course” and the work and life experience abroad; - enrich the CV of the participants with new experiences certified with European tools and make it more coherent with the demands of companies, helping to increase their employability - increase the Consortium's capacity to implement quality transnational mobility projects for the benefit of the participants and the local area - give continuity to the interventions of the Municipality of Baronissi in favor of young people - increase the opportunities offered by VET institutes to their recent qualified and recent graduates
"PRO.CO.DE.2" is a mobility project for recent qualified and graduates, beneficiaries of ErasmusPro grants to carry out a traineeship in a foreign company. The project was coordinated by the Municipality of Baronissi, which implemented it in collaboration with the Campania VET Institutes belonging to the National Consortium, as follows: 'IIS Baronissi' (Baronissi-SA), 'IIS Galilei-Di Palo' (SA), 'IIS Mattei - Fortunato '(Eboli-SA), and' ITIS Dorso '(AV). The desire to carry out the project arises as a result of: 1) the analysis of territorial needs, which confirmed, on the one hand, a very high youth unemployment rate and, on the other hand, the need for local companies to have qualified human resources with previous work experience available; 2) the evaluation of the positive results achieved through the implementation of the first edition of the homonym project (PRO.CO.DE.) carried out by the Consortium. The Municipality wanted to give continuity to its initiatives in favour of the target group to promote the job inclusion and the Consortium Institutes wanted to integrate their career guidance services, offering the opportunity to experience on the field what was acquired during the theoretical training path in VET schools.
