The project has improved the learning performance of the students, has increased the technical-professional skills of the manufacturing sector for both teachers and students, as well as the improvement of language skills, has strengthened the self-esteem and problem solving skills of the students. beneficiaries, favored the inclusion of teaching methods and tools, increased the European dimension through the strengthening and expansion of partnerships with foreign countries, also adopted training changes in terms of modernization and exchange of good practices . The project has favored the employability of the beneficiaries of the mobility grants both abroad and in the territory.

Background

Because we strongly believe in continuity and in the internazionalization. Thanks to the previous partnership created by the Erasmus KA1 "EuMoMa" (developed as a leader partner in the period between 2015 and 2017) we noticed that all the staff and beneficiaries involved have increased their competences and have been benefited in promoting new ideas, approaches and innovative solutions, to interchange methodologies and to compare VET systems and work experiences. We apply for "EuMoMa 4.0" because we experimented that the previous Erasmus plus mobilities have contributed in improving linguistic competences, professional skills and in having an indipendent approach by our VET students. We consider the exchange experienced by all the staff and teachers permitted to our organization to internationalize, to create new collaborations abroad, to enlarge horizons in terms of comparing systems, profiles and teaching and working methodologies. The most important topics developed by the project are: New innovative curricula/educational methods/development of training courses ICT - new technologies - digital competences; Labour market issues incl. career guidance / youth unemployment.
