Main aims of the project have been: - improving technical and professional skills of the learners, in order to improve their CV through a short term mobility or a long term mobility for graduates - improving language sklils, both through the OLS course before the mobility than throgh the International mobility, for learners and staff (to a lesser level) - improving and acquiring personal, key and soft skills, through living in an International context out of their comfort zone and far from their famiglie and their usual environment. - improving competences for the staff of the schools and knowledges about International projects and management of International mobility programmes. - improving the quality of the training offer, both through the staff training that through the possibility to offer different training experiences for learners - expand and improve quality of the network of partners, at local and International level
The promoters built a consortia because the 4 schools have some study courses in common, and they collaborated in the past years. Furthermore, they share some learning objectives and International strategies. In particolar, the consortia was built aiming to send learners and staff in International mobility programmes in order to improve technical and professional skills, language skills, personal organisational and International skills, and also to improve their training offer and motivate their learners to graduate and not dropping out, and to improve their CVs for learners’ future career (both for students than recent graduates). The project also aims to improve strategies about local and International cooperation, through the network created for the project.
