The MainTech Project, promoted by the Algiers Marino State Higher Education Institute, was carried out in a territorial area (province of Chieti) in which large multinationals such as Sevel, Honda, Denso, Valagro that make technological innovation the cornerstone of their productions at an international level and which act as a driving force for local SMEs in the processes of transferring new technologies and internationalization. Considering the current challenges posed by globalization, continuous technological development and high unemployment rates, there is an increasing need to strengthen the link between educational content and skills required by the labor market, integrating classroom training with on-site training. of work; the latter represents a privileged environment for learning, the so-called Worked Based Learning - WBL, since work experiences allow students to grow both from a professional and personal point of view, through the acquisition of technical and transversal skills that can be spent at professional but also in everyday life.
