Agriculture in Emilia – Romagna is agronomically marked by its proximity to the sea and by the fact that a consistent part of the cultivated lands is the result of drainage. The farms’ system is highly organized, especiallly in cooperatives with innovative structures inclined to exportation ( more than 40 % of the production is exported). The agribusiness also includes real points of transfromation, especially in the production of vegetables and fruit, wine, and zootechnical products. In this context, the Emiliano-Romagnolo agrticultural sector is strongly connected to several economic sectors, both domestically and internationally, characterized by powerful innovations. Therefore, technical agricultural schools have the difficult task of inserting into the job market both, the aforementioned productive activities and their graduates with needs similar to their skills.
