Specific objectives of the project R.O.M.E. 3 are: -To widen participants’ occupational possibilities by means of improving their professional skills; -To give participants a work training experience which is a powerful instrument of education, in a European work context that will enlarge their competence horizon on the basis of technical and relation skills; -To strengthen participants’ idea about their future professional choices during their training; -To create for the participants the conditions to learn and transfer in other contexts the professional skills acquired; -To improve participants foreign language skills; -Contribute to individual growth and promote students' employability
The promoting Organisation, Direzione Formazione e Lavoro di Roma Capitale , implementing the internationalization strategy , provides in the present project: - Steady network of European partners aimed to the tourism sector mobility and other vocational sectors in the Mediterranean area - Mobility of teachers and staff for updating methodology in the field of integration of students with fewer opportunities and in particular with disabilities
