'BETTER' is the fourth transnational mobility project that Essenia UETP has implemented in the framework of the VET Mobility Charter and it represents the continuation of the internationalization strategy of the Applicant, which, as a vocational training institution, aims to encourage the entry of recent graduates into the labour market and to constantly update the profile of VET operators. The initiative was developed starting from the results of the needs analysis conducted by Essenia during the training and awareness raising activities carried out at national level and with particular attention to the local context of Campania Region. From the dialogue with secondary education institutions, VET centers, companies and stakeholders, it emerged once again how relevant it is: - for recent graduates who are entering the world of work, to carry out a traineeship in foreign companies to gain knowledge in the field and strengthen technical and transversal skills; - for the staff of VET organizations, to discuss with foreign colleagues in order to update their professional profile, with a view to internationalization of knowledge and expendability of skills.
