The project aimed at the acquisition of the following Learning Outcomes for the Learners: - technical and professional skills in their professional sector; for recent/qualified graduates: acquisition of technical and professional skills is expected in terms of job placement abroad or in Italy in the internship sector, or the continuation of higher education -personal and transversal skills (soft skills): learning to learn, autonomy, flexibility and adaptability, teamwork, intercultural awareness, decision making, problem solving - language skills: a higher level than the initial assessment - guidance skills: awareness of one's own strengths and potential, identifying and pursuing professional goals; in particular for recent graduates: identifying and accessing training and work opportunities, ability to choose one's own career path. Objectives set for the staff: Knowledge of new coaching approaches and techniques, new educational tools, innovative organizational solutions with a particular focus on learners with fewer opportunities, in order to improve their professional skills and to develop new projects.
The project is part of AeF's internationalization strategy and has the aim of transferring the know-how developed from the results of numerous previous projects. With this project, the aim was to expand our network of education and training agencies and strengthen the impact of mobility. We wanted to increase the participation of secondary school students, as well as new graduates in the VET system from all over the national territory. Specific objectives of the project: - promote the first approach to internationalization and motivate schools and VET centers to develop skills and resources - respond to the training and guidance needs of students and recent graduates.
