Main aims of the project have been: - development of technical skills for students and graduates through an internship in a company abroad - development of language skills for all the participants through the mobility abroad - development of personal, soft and key competences through the mobility abroad - development of competences for the staff of the school that has managed the project - improving the local and international network of the school - improving digital skills for participants and staff of the school, especially after Covid that allows to use more online interviews and other digital sources
The project went on with the international strategy of the school, that involves mobility programmes as one of the main function in the educational and training paths of the course, through an approach based on training in companies in Italy and abroad, even if reduced during and after the pandemic Covid-19. The project allowed students, graduates and staff of the school to have a learning experience abroad in order to improve skills and competences and to spread them at local level in the school. It also allowed to make the school growing in knowledge and methodologies about management of European Programmes following the long experience developed in the last years
