Main aims of the project have been: - improving the quality of the the training and educational programmes for its learners, to prevent early school leaving and give opportunities to students with needs and less opportunities - improving technical, personal, key and language skills for learners, in order to help them in their future job career or in guidance for future studies - improving the opportunity to be employed, especially for graduates - improving digital competences, both for learners and staff of the schools, through the management of the project - implement the network of partners, at local and international level, in order to improve internationalization of the school and its projects abroad - Improve staff and school competences about management, finance and organisation of international mobility programmes
The project is part of the school's internalization strategy and follows the acquisition of Erasmus Vet Charter 2014/2020. Through the project, the school confirmed its role as leader in the international training and internships abroad in the local area of Livorno. The school applied to the project to offer a training opportunity abroad for its students and graduates, in order to improve technical and vocational skills, language skills and personal and key competences.
