Aims of the project have been reached, in particolar: - development of technical and professional skills for learners, in their study sectors - development of technical skills about professional training and knowledge of EU programmes, for staff and teachers - development of personal, key and soft skills (for learners and staff) through the International mobility - development of language skills or acquirement of new languages skills - development of management skills for the staff of the school involved in management and organisation of the project - creation and buildup of partnership networks at local and International level - improvement of the quality of the training offer to motivate more students and to encourage new students to enroll, and to reduce dropping out - development of European culture and citizenship for learners and staff
The project integrates the International strategy of the school, contributing to improve and develop the school’s know how, as an extension of other International mobility programmes already implemented in the past years. Thanks to this project, that involved both students than graduates and staff, the promoter answered to the training needs of the participants involved, improving the quality of the training programs and of the contents. The project also aimed to develop participants’ skills (better described in the following section), to give guidance to the learners involved and to strenghten the image of the school at local and International level, developping networks and partnerships.
