Objectives

The project envisaged the achievement of both formative and strategic objectives. The training objectives were more related to transnational mobility activities and the specific training needs of the target groups to which the project was addressed; the strategic objectives, on the other hand, were designed on the basis of the systemic needs of SCF and its associates and had a greater impact on the political and organizational systems. The training objectives achieved by the project were - the acquisition of technical - vocational competences of the IVET learners (3rd and 4th year in particular) and/or the reinforcement of the same; - the strengthening of the language, digital and intercultural skills of the learners and staff involved in the project; as well as the soft skills most in demand on the labour market (analysis, collaboration skills, problem solving, resilience) - the acquisition of technical and professional skills for the IVET staff. In relation to the strategic objectives we mention - strengthening capacity building in the management of internationalization processes; - integration of transnational mobility of IVET learners in the formal learning pathways.
