Il Palizzi has oriented its strategic choices with a view to internationalization and at the same time cooperation with local authorities and companies, in fact in its PTOF it tends to stimulate creativity and innovation, encouraging experimentation and the European vocation of the offer. training, promoting diversified forms of learning such as that based on work, the so-called Worked Based Learning - WBL or on transnational mobility for learning, the so-called EU mobility. The latter constitutes a privileged opportunity for training experience, as the previous project initiatives have also been able to demonstrate. With this Project, therefore, Palizzi's main objective was to support the personal and professional development of mobility participants to improve their employability and facilitate the transition from the world of education to that of work. In particular, the aim of the project was to develop the so-called soft skills.
The Project was the first proposed by ITSET Palizzi of Vasto after obtaining the accreditation of the VET Chart and has been promoted by our Institute to give continuity to the internationalization of the curriculum that began in 2012. ITSET "F. PALIZZI" Institute of Vasto, as soon as the pandemic conditions allowed it, promoted mobility for students, also with a view to overcoming the barriers that the health emergency had imposed. The focus of the project is the learning mobility of 60 students involved in IVET- Initial Vocational Education and Training. Considering the actual challenges posed by globalization, technological development belonging and high unemployment rates, the XXI Century School has the duty to strengthen the link between teaching contents and skills required by the MdL, integrating classroom training with on-site training., which represents a privileged environment for learning, since work experiences allow students to grow both from a professional and personal point of view, through the acquisition of technical and transversal skills that can be spent on a professional level but also in the life of all days.
