Background

The I.T.I. "Fermi - Gadda" of Naples wanted to participate in the 2019 Call of the Erasmus+ Program, with the Project "I.N.S.I.D.E. - Improve New Skills In Didactic Education", n. 2019-1-IT02-KA101-060992 to continue the important process of internationalization started in 2016, with the realization of the project "C.O.M.E.S." (2016-1-IT02-KA101-022851), aiming at building a culture of transnational mobility and exchange of good practices. The Project "I.N.S.I.D.E." wanted to address the needs emerging from the 2019-22 Improvement Plan and tSchool Self-assessment Report, such as offering an educational environment adapted to the needs of pupils, improving their key European competences, and providing for an evolution on the axis of language skills of both teaching staff and students. Thanks to the action of strengthening the professional skills of its staff members, the ITI "Fermi - Gadda" wanted to improve its Training Offer using more innovative teaching methodologies that can, in the long term, stimulate pupils to learn and reduce ESL.
