Background

Through the project "S.T.A.F.F. - Skills Training to Achieve a Fast Feedback ", the Applicant school Cariati, in Calabria (south of Italy) has encouraged the participation of school staff in a community mobility program, designed and organized in compliance with European standards relating to professional training. Initially, the organization and implementation of two different transnational mobility training courses were envisaged: - a structured course at the hosting partner T.E.E.P. Ltd, on the CLIL methodology, to be implemented in the United Kingdom. - Job Shadowing activities, at Spanish schools, on innovative laboratory teaching methods. The situation of health instability due to the Covid - 19 pandemic, which lasted from 2019 to today, albeit with significant improvements, has made it very difficult to implement the project activities; in fact, the school managed to organize only the Job Shadowing activity in Spain for 10 participants.
