Among the macro-objectives that the project "I.M.P.E.R.A” achieved, there are: - create interactive didactic-training courses that make use of innovative methods (work-based learning) and that draw on the resources of the present digital age (gamification), consistent with objectives educational tailored to learners. - plan and define, through sharing strategies with other teachers, a curriculum that is unitary and that guarantees a continuum and coherence in the formation of the individual and the group class. - plan courses using new methodological approaches, including the CLIL methodology. - apply ICT to teaching, to take advantage of the technological resources available in the school. - create new learning environments that go beyond the old order and that can foster cooperation and independence of learners.
The initiative of the project KA1 - "I.M.P.E.R.A. - International Mobility Preparing Educators to Raise the Ante" (2019-1-IT02-KA101-060999), related to the School Education of the Erasmus Program, carried out by the school I.I.S “Lucrezia Della Valle”, started in 2019 with the aim of achieving European development objectives that included the strengthening and enhancement of the educational role that the School plays in Cosenza, the town of Calabria on which the I.I.S. has been insisting for years, helping to train the young local generations. Other reasons behind the promotion of the project were: the strengthening of participation in international projects and national calls, also in collaboration with other schools, and the expansion in a European key of the professional growth of teachers to promote opportunities for continuous updating.
