The ISIS G. Ferraris with the implementation of M.O.T.I.V.E. has set itself the following objectives: - adopt new teaching strategies based on cooperation and innovation. - draw up a plan in which the indispensable and common skills are described, aimed at all students. - produce specific and personalized teaching material, tailored to the class group and to the abilities and aptitudes of individual students. - carry out activities for the development of linguistic and digital skills of learners. - create new learning environments in which to use the tools made available by the Institute. - increase and improve the "transversal skills" of the students, to develop their ability to work in groups, to solve problems and to communicate effectively with others to bring out their point of view. - being able to develop an inclusive attitude within the class group, establishing it as the norm and never as an exception.
The ISIS Galileo Ferraris of Caserta, submitting for the first time the project proposal for the training of school staff: “M.O.T.I.V.E. – MOBILITY OPPORTUNITY FOR TEACHERS INVOLVED IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION”, n. 2019-1-IT02-KA101-061041, wanted to start a process of modernization and improvement of its Training Offer. "M.O.T.I.V.E.", was created to strengthen the internationalization strategy of ISIS Galileo Ferraris, through the creation of transnational mobility paths aimed at the professional updating of the entire school staff, to improve some sectors and/or teaching and administrative processes of the 'Institute, in which there was a strong need to align methods and techniques to the ones adopted at European level.
