To provide Head Teachers with the necessary knowledge to implement the dual system in participating schools and to enrich teachers' skills on the teaching methods to be adopted in order to activate vocational pathways in their schools, with special reference to specialized preparation for both inclusion teaching and skill enhancement in the technical sector.
To train School Leaders and staff of participating institutions on the organizational and innovative ways of technical education pathways from a dual perspective, with special reference to the new profiles of Industry 4.0, mechatronics and automation.
