The goals of the project tend to improve the activities of the “CLIL.NET” network which includes two provinces and which is at the beginning of a path of bilingualism and which, thus, needs of informative and observational activities on the field in order to build CLIL courses which entail the use of ICT oriented towards inclusion. In addition, it is necessary to consolidate the Network which works for the creation of innovative, inclusive, multilingual and multicultural learning environments; in fact, the foreign language linked to ICT is considered a strategic tool to welcome and offer a proper teaching experience to the students who are disadvantaged from a linguistic point of view.
The project entitled TALK-Teaching And Learning Keys: developing a European dimension in school education in order to enhance innovation and reduce educational disadvantage (T.A.L.K.) has been proposed by a Consortium whose major beneficiary is “Ufficio Scolastico Regionale della Lombardia” as well as ten other Istituti Comprensivi nine of which are from the province of Monza e della Brianza and one from the province of Lodi. The Consortium was created to strengthen the Regional Network of excellence which has been working on bilingualism for years, in international contexts, through informative and observational activities on the field, oriented towards the use of new learning environments.
