Background

The “Neglia-Savarese” Institute of Enna, with the project “S.T.A.F.F. - Staff and Teachers Abroad For the Future” wanted to begin an internationalization process, starting to implement transnational mobility actions for the training of its staff abroad, in line with the strategic objectives of the "European Development Plan", structured in 2019. In fact, this plan has identified, among the priority actions for the modernization of the school and for the growth of human resources with a view to lifelong learning, the need to offer its staff (managerial, administrative, teaching one) the opportunity to attend training courses in other European countries, to expand and strengthen managerial, pedagogical, linguistic and intercultural skills and abilities. In fact, through these actions, the Institute intends to pursue long-term development objectives, with the perspective of improving school management as well as the quality of training and the services offered, for the benefit of the entire school community.
