Background

The reason why we requested this project, in line with the objectives set by the RAV, is to improve the image of our Institute, to modernize teaching activities and the exchange of good practices with teachers from other schools. Moreover, it was considered appropriate that, since it is a Comprehensive Institute, the teachers of the three orders participate, in order to give a vertical as well as horizontal continuity. In fact, the Institute consists of four kindergartens, four primary and two low secondary schools.First, the main objective for teachers is the strengthening of actions, improvement of skills in foreign languages (English and French), the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and professional updating in a European perspective. This could, therefore, enable us to meet learning needs with others, interacting collaboratively and constructively, in different contexts, valuing diversity and developing knowledge through reflection on experience.
