We carried out 9 structured English language and CLIL courses (in Malta, UK and Ireland) with the aim of achieving Goals 1, 2, 5. We carried out 6 job shadowing in overseas France, Finland, Malta with the aim of achieving Goals 3, 4, 5. We carried out project management activities, including training of participants in various fields (eTwinning, English language). We also carried out dissemination activities (through digital tools, publications, formal and informal moments, events). Evaluation moments were also part of the project.
The project has identified and responded to the needs of our institute by formulating the following objectives. OB1 further internationalisation of the institute for the benefit of teachers, to strengthen their professional skills (linguistic and didactic), and of students, who will be able to benefit from the increased skills of teachers through CLIL paths and more active, involving and motivating paths aimed at educational-didactic growth in line with today's international and dynamic society". OB 2 "strengthen the language skills of teachers (with reference to English and French)"; OB 3 "improve those aimed at building an integrated curriculum for the development of transversal and citizenship skills"; OB 4 "also improve those (the didactic-methodological competences, ed.) related to teaching and planning"; OB 5 encourage the "growth of an openness to internationalisation that is satisfied with the direct experience of teachers and staff who will enjoy greater confidence in international planning and project management."
