Background

The "Da Vinci-De Giorgio" Institute, as indicated in the PTOF-Triennial Plan of the Educational Offer, has identified among its areas of development and strengthening the Europeanisation of the curricula to better meet the needs of students to acquire knowledge and functional skills for the labor market from the perspective of entrepreneurship. The common European reality, in the context of the massive migratory processes in progress, imposes new challenges to the training system in the direction of pursuing shared development trajectories. In compliance with the guidelines present in the PTOF and the indications contained in the PdM, in order to respond to the identified needs, the Institute through the IDEARE project has implemented the following three types of activities, curved in relation to the starting levels of the teachers : 1) language training; 2) methodological training; 3) enhancement of citizenship skills. The actions indicated in the project have allowed our institute to promote training aimed at teaching staff and staff, in support of educational activities and in order to improve the overall quality of the training offer.
