The macro objective expressed above is declined in the following priorities: - Support the training of teachers, encouraging participation in ongoing innovation and research processes and the re-examination of their teaching practices, in order to keep up with the problems of a multicultural educational society. - Promote mobility, cooperation and cultural comparison at European level as an integral part of a qualified and continuous professional and citizenship development. - Create favorable conditions for the development of school well-being, the inclusion and educational success of pupils, for the development of participating and responsible citizens.
For the realization of the activities foreseen in the European Development Plan of the IC Francesco Riso, which sets as a long-term objective: TO ENCOURAGE MANY FORMS OF ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN SOCIAL LIFE, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIALLY COESE CONSCIENCES, THROUGH EDUCATION INTERCULTURAL, MODERNIZATION AND INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE TRAINING OFFER.
