We wanted the mobility participants to be able to transmit their improved/acquired knowledge, skills and abilities upon their return to school to build innovative learning settings, design personalized paths inspired by innovative pedagogies applied to New Technologies, plan inclusive curricula and share acquired / improved knowledge, build a digital curriculum, outline a framework for school improvement planning in order to start a grounded process of innovation.
The main objective of the project was to offer a quality in-service training, in the form of a structured course, to a group of our talented professionals who spent a week abroad experimenting new pedagogical approaches, personalized teaching strategies through meetings with experts, school visits, benchmarking activities, researching into high-performing schools, observing innovative learning spaces and settings and sharing good practices and educational intervention tools with colleagues from schools from all over Europe. In view of the transfer of our school to a totally new building, in the "city of services" at the former Berardi barrack in Chieti, we wanted teachers prepared to adopt inclusive teaching strategies based on pedagogies applied to New Technologies, in enhanced educational contexts and innovative learning spaces. http://www.mascieurope.eu/launching-innovation.html
