The main objectives we wanted to achieve were the following: - come into contact with new teaching approaches and compare them to those in use in our Institute so as to promote greater awareness in facing the changing requests from the students and the society in general every time this is needed - improve team working ability among staff members by using techniques and strategies to transform the teachers’ group in a real team - explore new specific digital applications and web instrumentis - support transnational collaboration
The main reason we applied for this project is the need to compare our teaching methods to other teachers’ and other European schools' teaching methods. Our staff is deeply interested in learning new things and in discussing what we live everyday in our school with teachers coming from different schools. This helps us tackle new and various teaching approaches, so as to improve our education project. The chance to learn novel teaching techniques, to improve good practices we already implement and to get to know interesting technological instruments are of utmost importance to keep alive our students’ interest, concentration and motivation. Furthermore we consider capital to promote cultural exchanges among teachers from different countries in order to increase the sense of belonging to the European community.
