The goals related to the project were: 1. Improve the professionalism of the teacher and the skills of the whole school staff; 2. broaden knowledge and understanding of policies and practices educational of the various European countries; 3. trigger changes in terms of innovation and internationalization of the school; 4. increase opportunities for professional development and career of the school staff; 5. increase motivation and satisfaction in one's daily work; (all needs) 6. strengthening skills in foreign languages; 7. Increase awareness and understanding of other cultures.
The project took into account the needs identified by the documents "PTOF –Three-year plan of the training offer", "RAV – Self-assessment Report" and "PdM - Improvement Plan" and which were: a) need 1: didactic, cultural and training insightsprofessional at international institutions and organizations to promote the professional growth and to expand/improve the training offer in terms of: - foreign language (English) - training of teachers and staff administrative; - new teaching/learning methodologies (CLIL, STEM). b) need 2: design by skills using methodologies didactic activities that promote the development of all skills consistently with the priorities and process objectives of the PdM (priorities 1 and 2) and the RAV Institute and with reference to key European competences, cross competences, citizenship competences ; c) need 3: didactic and organizational innovation.
