Finally, we wanted to increase the flexibility and professional competence of our operators through the acquisition of direct and indirect knowledge of the education systems of other European countries and the sharing of good practices and experiences with European colleagues and partners Volevamo raggiungere i nostri obiettivi RAV e in particolare volevamo migliorare le competenze degli insegnanti non solo nelle lingue straniere. Volevamo che sperimentassero ambienti di lavoro e metodi di insegnamento diversi, concentrandosi in particolare su strategie inclusive, sostenendo gli studenti, Volevamo aumentare l'internazionalizzazione della scuola, e stimolare la riflessione di insegnanti, staff e studenti su la consapevolezza delle problematiche pedagogiche e didattiche come l'apprendimento cooperativo, la competenza digitale, il CLIL. Volevamo infine aumentare la flessibilità e competenza professionale dei nostri operatori attraverso l'acquisizione di conoscenze dirette e indirette dei sistemi di istruzione di altri paesi europei e la condivisione di buone pratiche e di esperienze con colleghi e partner europei
We applied for this project for two main reasons: In the previous two years our school had seen the arrival of several special needs students and an increase in the number of students with various types of frailty. We wanted to make our community more inclusive, We thought the project would meet our RAV priority objectives; the Rav is the school's self-assessment report, the foundation of the three-year high school planning, and sets the following priority objectives: - Strengthen remedial activities for students in difficulty - Implementing actions to foster motivation, socialization and engagement, designing strategies to support students' educational success - strengthen inclusion actions for all students with special educational needs and for students from other cultures - Strengthening of students' knowledge of foreign languages, including non-curricular ones - Strengthening of the use of IT tools to support the acquisition of knowledge and skills in scientific subjects - Strengthening of in-service teacher training Abbiamo presentato domanda per questo progetto per due motivi principali: Nei due anni precedenti la nostra scuola aveva visto l'arrivo di diversi studenti con bisogni speciali e un aumento del numero di studenti con vari tipi di fragilità. Volevamo rendere la nostra comunità più inclusiva, Abbiamo pensato che il progetto avrebbe soddisfatto i nostri obiettivi prioritari RAV; il Rav è il verbale di autovalutazione della scuola, fondamento della programmazione triennale del Liceo, e fissa i seguenti obiettivi prioritari: - Potenziare le attività di recupero per gli studenti in difficoltà - Implementazione di azioni per favorire la motivazione, la socializzazione e l'impegno, progettando strategie per supportare il successo educativo degli studenti - rafforzare le azioni di inclusione per tutti gli studenti con bisogni educativi speciali e per gli studenti di altre culture - Rafforzamento della conoscenza da parte degli studenti delle lingue straniere anche non curricolari - Rafforzamento dell'uso di strumenti informatici a supporto dell'acquisizione di conoscenze e competenze nelle materie scientifiche - Potenziamento della formazione in servizio degli insegnanti
