The main objective was the implementation of the training of all school staff, in relation to the aforementioned areas of competence: ability to operate at EU / international level; internationalization strategies; enhanced cooperation with partners from other local and international realities; knowledge of financial resources (other than EU funds) to organize local or EU / international projects; quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow-up of EU / international projects; lack of knowledge of innovative methodologies and activities; lack of qualifications of the teaching and training staff, in addition to the minimum qualifications required by the reference regulations; few effective activities for the benefit of local communities; lack of new and stimulating teaching and educational methods and practices. Consequently, the school's European Development Plan set out to develop the following factors through this project: - Encourage the internationalization of the school. - Expand the specific skills of educators. - Expand the transversal skills of the organizational sector. - Provide growth opportunities for all staff involved.
The reason why we developed this project was mainly the unilateral development of the organizational educational skills of our kindergarten and of the entire organizational sector that orbits it. Prior to the development of this project, the Filippo Cecchi School had no experience related to ERASMUS +. The need for innovation from a methodological and organizational point of view has led to the need to undertake a training course with a view to improving and expanding skills.
