Through the implementation of the Project activities, we aimed to: - strengthen and enhance the linguistic skills of the members of the school community (teachers at different levels of education, administrative staff, students) also and above all through the use of innovative teaching methodologies. Expand the Institute's training offer in the field of foreign languages with dedicated projects and initiatives. Improve the INVALSI performance of students in the English language, increase the number of students participating in Trinity language certification projects for different grades, and who actually achieve the certification; - develop skills in the field of active and democratic citizenship through the enhancement of intercultural education and peace, respect for differences and dialogue between cultures, the assumption of responsibility, solidarity and care for common goods, as well as the awareness of the rights and duties of each. For all school levels, improve the percentage of pupils who achieve key competences and citizenship competences through participation in the school Project "Active Citizenship Pathways".
The will of our Institute to reapply for an Erasmus+ staff mobility project stemmed primarily from the success of the previous participation in an Erasmus+ program (2016) in terms of positive experience and impact on the school community. The drive to support the formulation of a new Project has spread from everyone and the candidacy proposal, formally advanced in the Academic Board, has received enthusiastic and plebiscitary support. Furthermore, the reflections arising from the collegial examination of the Institute's documentation were fundamental for the decision to join an Erasmus+ Program again. In particular, the new "Three-year Training Offer Plan" highlighted how, also for the three-year period 2019-2022, in compliance with the training objectives referred to in Article 1, paragraph 7 of Law 107/2015, as well as with the principles set out in the "Address Act" of the Headmaster (Prot.n.5591/A22d), the priority areas of the Institute's action should have been: linguistic enhancement and European mobility and cooperation, consistently taken up by the actions set out in the Institute's "Improvement Plan".
