Strengthen the English language skills of teaching and non-teaching staff; develop / enhance knowledge of other European languages, in particular French as some projects (CLIL, eTwinning) in this language had already been developed at school; favor the comparison with other educational systems through the observation of innovative teaching methodologies; encourage the use of ICT and new teaching and learning methods; improve the linguistic, intercultural and managerial skills of the secretarial staff. Satisfy the educational and didactic needs of pupils by improving English skills, promoting Clil paths in the community languages taught at school.
Since 2018 the school has started a process of internationalization of the curricula thanks to the participation in an Erasmus KA229 partnership and, previously, thanks to the eTwinning projects started by some teachers. Therefore some training needs emerged from part of the teaching and non-teaching staff. Educational and didactic needs of our pupils also emerged. In particular, the need to strengthen the teaching of the English language in the three school levels; improve learners' English skills by offering flexible learning paths; bring the student closer to multilingualism to develop an attitude of openness towards different cultures; promote the use of ICT in learning the various disciplines also as a tool for inclusion; involve more pupils in European projects in order to internationalize education; increase the social and intercultural competence of learners; prepare pupils for future international experiences in subsequent grades of education.
