This project was presented to meet the educational growth needs of our school, primarily aimed at a concrete opening to the European dimension of learning and intercultural exchanges.
Through the implementation of the project the following objectives have been achieved: - Grow personally and professionally to improve the quality of the training offered by the I.C. Casa del Fanciullo; - Acquire and/or improve participants' English skills in order to foster exchanges in European Partnership actions; - Acquire new knowledge to improve training on inclusive teaching methodologies (for teachers) and on inclusive management strategies for staff; - Discuss the professional experience of Irish colleagues to improve the school curriculum.
