The objectives pursued were inspired by a broad vision of development and, consequently, their finalization was consistent with the need to: • develop a vision and an educational policy plan on internationalization between the members and the board, • manage and organize various types of international activities, with or without partners abroad, • ensure the quality of projects and their link to the curriculum, • stimulate the rationalization of curricular elements with an international orientation, • successfully apply for grants under the various European programs with particular regard to Erasmus+, • develop communication and intercultural collaboration with foreign partners, • develop activities for the growth of skills and operations in the area of disadvantage. We believe the activities proposed in this project are consistent with the needs of the proposing Association and its human resources involved in Adult Education as they highlight the quality of its training offers and the progressiveness of its constant internationalization process. For the participants who deal with management and strategy in ANL, the goal was to improve their linguistic and more specifically technical skills, acquiring new skills in the context of disadvantage and will receive new stimuli for design in the artistic and intercultural fields. In particular, acquiring skills in the German language was an important basic objective of our Europeanization strategy as it is the language with the largest number of native speakers of the European continent and the European Union. Trained operators could thus in the future dialogue and operate more easily with new partners from countries that have this language as an official or co-official language: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Brazil, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland. Another objective was to consider two new targets towards which to implement our educational offer: the disabled and senior citizens. The ultimate goal was to acquire skills and experiences that would also favor new future projects that will aim at results such as - introduction of new teaching methods, - use of new skills in professional communication, - raising awareness of the issues and challenges launched by the United Nations regarding the issues of poverty reduction and social inclusion through culture.
Compared to the skills already acquired thankCompared to the skills already acquired thanks to the various previous European experiences, the most urgent need perceived at the time of the presentation of the project proposal was that of strengthening the professionalism of ANL human resources, both those dealing with management and strategy and those who they deal with teaching, on new directions. In order to increase its action, in particular that dedicated to Adult Education, the need was felt to update and innovate their management and communication skills by thinking and perceiving themselves more and more in a supra-local and supranational dimension. With regard to this component of the association's internal needs, we have identified various guidelines that would allow us to grow in diversified areas and in a perspective of growing Europeanization. The first was aimed at implementing the linguistic range available within the association. Considering that the English and French languages are already covered within ANL, we decided to train resources that can communicate in German. Wanting then to direct our educational offer towards senior adults in the future and specialize in the learning needs of disabled people, we have thought of specific mobility that would support this need. The improvement of skills in adult art education is also a guideline that, given the nature of the association, it was considered important to nurture. Consequently, the project aimed to improve the related areas: - the skills of management and staff, - to teaching, - language skills, - relations with foreign partners with a view to increasing its European dimension, - the use of artistic tools in learning, - to social inclusion through the arts. s to the various previous European experiences, the most urgent need perceived at the time of the presentation of the project proposal was that of strengthening the professionalism of ANL human resources, both those dealing with management and strategy and those who they deal with teaching, on new directions.
