Objectives

The project pursued the following General Objective: To foster the development of European design capacity and knowledge of European policies of adults belonging to third sector entities involved in activities for integration, volunteering and social inclusion to make the construction of European citizenship more concrete. This general objective has been declined into 2 specific objectives. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 1: Strengthen the key competencies of the organization's trainers and in particular language skills (English language) through Clil method and digital skills on the use of e-learning applied to European planning. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 2: Increase and diversify the training provided to adult learners in the third sector by introducing the didactic method of distance learning among the services offered to them to train and incentivize adult citizens and nonprofit associations to be active in the European context

Background

The organization submitted the EU Learning project proposal to provide training on topics related to European policies, planning and funding to a wider number of learners and through a formula more suitable for adult learners who, increasingly, present difficulties in taking classroom training courses and therefore highlight the need to access blended and/or distance learning to facilitate their life, work and training schedules. The EU learning project wanted to offer such knowledge to adults belonging mainly to third sector entities, improving the teaching aimed at them on European issues, thanks to an increase in the skills of our trainers in the language sector useful for the presentation of European and digital policies to expand the training tools used.
