The main objective of the project is an opening to the wider international and European training system and absorbe best practices and methodologies of training. The project also aims to increase: - the managerial skills of managers, transversally increasing the skills of the various figures present in the staff, with priority given to the growth of skills of planners and territorial operators in the creation of transnational networks and in the presentation of projects at a European level. - increase the transversal skills of all the other subjects with training functions in the planning, executive planning or who cover the role of facilitators and social and community educators and in the construction of participatory processes to spread the feeling of active European citizenship . - prepare for the ever increasing use of technology, to which must be added the dimension of international research to allow everyone to participate in the process of acquiring/building knowledge and skills. - train in the interaction and knowledge of other cultures.
We presented this project after a detailed analysis of the training needs of our associates. Following the renewal of our association we have focused on the needs of a planning nature in the social field. We believe that our choice was successful, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. Following a series of social surveys within our community we have prepared this project in order to offer our associates the opportunity for better training. The desire for continuous training is part of the vision of our association. With this project we also wanted to increase the network of international partners for the realization of future partnership projects. We wanted to offer our associates the possibility of dealing with foreign actors and have the opportunity to absorb good practices carried out in contexts other than ours. Another important aspect is linked to the use of technology in the social field, the increase of skills and abilities in the field of social research and the management of international and local social inclusion projects.
