The project was created to ensure a common knowledge base to our associates and volunteers. The need to learn and exchange good practices, the need for accurate and permanent training, to network with other associations and to access international mobility, together with the need for renewal and acquisition of new soft and hard skills in the training and personal fields, arose from various moments of confrontation materialized in meetings, in a SWOT analysis and in the collection of needs on two levels: that constituted by the members and the one made by the volunteers of the association. The lack of training and comparison had led some associates and volunteers to feel unsure of themselves and to feel unsuitable in an uncertain job market, consequently a vicious circle could be created for which they avoided doing because they did not feel safe and they did not feel safe because there was a lack of specific training. To interrupt this process of closure and allow personal and association growth, it was decided to implement the Learn, Create, Share! to start a virtuous circle exactly contrary to the closing tendencies that risked establishing themselves.
