Background

The Erasmus program represented an opportunity for the consortium to work effectively together and solve individual and group problems: 1 Need to improve language skills to facilitate the reception of foreigners and dive more INTERNATIONALIZATION to the CPIAs. 2. Urgency to learn and implement NEW METHODS AND TOOLS to attract new targets to improve teaching, learning and educational provision of the institutions. 3. Urgency to improve staff skills in project design, writing and management of Europeans projects to seize more opportunities to fully develop the potential of the staff of the CPIAs and its students. Enrich the STAFF CURRICULUM and establish a stable, trained and experienced design group was a very strong requirement: in general CPIAs lack a consolidated group for project design. 4. The need to improve collaboration between the CPIAs of the region thanks to a common project for future meetings, exchanges and collaborations. 5. Usefulness of projecting the institutes into an INTERNATIONAL DIMENSION for a comparison with schools with different experiences: the CPIAs are recently established, it is always essential to compare to renew things
