- MOBILITY AND TRAINING: STRUCTURE NEEDS: increased quality of non-formal methodologies used by youth workers, educators, project managers, psychologists, trainers and trainers in our organization; STAFF NEEDS: acquired innovative educational approaches, state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies. - LOCAL DEVELOPMENT: STRUCTURE NEEDS: acquired new methods for local engagement of participants in activities. STAFF NEEDS: increased the quality of methods used for local activities. - ADVOCACY: STRUCTURE NEEDS: advocacy needs of member offices are fully in the action of the national organization STAFF NEEDS: acquired innovative tools that enabled a greater sense of ownership of local offices in the action of the national organization. Created new environments for national and international cooperation
R.E.T.E. 2 responded to the general need of the Giosef Italy Association and the branches of its national network, to increase the competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) of the network's operators and to increase the quality of adult education methodologies in its areas of action through comparison with those of other similar organizations operating in different nations, experimenting with new approaches and techniques. The acquisition of these objectives was possible thanks to a valuable involvement in the drafting phase of the project of all the actors: the national structure, local branches, staff and partners.
