Our aim was to have our members become more efficient in developing LGBTI issues and be able to carry out educational programs intended to adult professionals. Therefore, We wanted to work on the empowering of leading and guidance and strengthening the counseling and leading capabilities when addressing to larger groups in training sessions.
Avvocatura aimed to empower its members and strengthen their capability to speak out for the association and for LGBTI issues in meetings and gatherings directed to adult learners. Currently we mainly develop our training mission among lawyers and police officers. . We wanted to strengthen our members to become more effective and ready to meet the educational needs of different kind of people according to their different jobs and role in the civil society.
