Objectives

The overall objective pursued by the TALE project partners was to improve the quality of library services offered to citizens by internationalizing and enhancing the European dimension of the consortium partners' activities. Specifically, the partners aimed to improve the key and transversal competences of the staff in order to provide them with the tools to better face the intercultural challenges of the migratory wave in Europe; to develop the European dimension of the organisations by improving the staff's Erasmus+ mobility skills, building solid relationships with European partners, deepening the mobility processes and their vocabulary.
