The context of the project "Heights of creativity" is Apice, the municipality of Benevento and its abandoned historic center that stopped in the sixties of the last century due to the strong earthquakes. Using this context as a starting point in the exploration of the productive capacity of fantasy we will give young people from Spain and Romania the tools and the opportuinity to feel free to express themselves in creative way. This project aims to: - give opportunities to young people to develop their creative potential and critical thinking; - increase the use of English and improve communication skills of participants; - refine intercultural and social skills; - deepen the knowledge of ICT, the photography and the various art forms; - promote the use of non-formal and informal methods; - open our small community to new cultures by creating moments of confrontation with young people from other European countries; - contribute to combat the social desertification of the territory and bring back moments of life and interest in a village of great architectural charm; - improving and make more accessible the material and immaterial cultural heritage in order to reinforce a sense of belonging to a common European space; - promote the importance of international mobility, hosting activities and the openness to the international dimension of our initiatives that will enable young people to learn about European programs.
