The presence of abandoned waste in the environment is becoming a growing problem in many European areas. Without bothering the example of Rome, the Pontine coast (home of our organization) is perhaps even worse: what was once a magnificent territory, the "Agro Pontino" precisely, is now used as an open air dump. Unfortunately, our tormented municipality of Ardea is an example, so famous that, in recent months, it has been the subject of in-depth television coverage. The aim of this exchange is to bring together young people from different nations, gathered by the same problem related to the presence of waste in the environment and with the desire to try to change the reality in which we live, bring them to Georgia and work together to organize what will be the main event: a day dedicated to the cleaning of the Kobuleti beach where, in addition to the participants, we will try to involve the local population, media and local decision-makers too. The objectives that the exchange aims at are different and can be summarized in this way. - awareness of the issue of environmental protection; - encourage the culture of recycling; - make people more active and more connected to their territory (rediscovering it) having greater care and interest about it; - bring people closer to institutions and vice versa - Developing skills related to entrepreneurship in young people (strategy plan, creativity, effective communication, problem solving, time management and group working) - Promote multiculturalism, multilingualism, non-formal learning and Youthpass skills.
