The project will involve 42 young people from 6 different countries in a multicultural experience where they will reflect and learn about the impact food choices have on the environment. Indirectly, the project will reach a wider audience in several European countries, thanks to the foodprint network of organisations, to raise awareness among people of all ages about how important is to be an informed consumer when it comes to preserve environmental sustainability. Primary objectives of the project are: . Promote healthy nutrition. . Increase knowledge about the food’s field-to-table production process . Raise awareness about the impact of food choices on environment and promote the decrease of the individual ecological foodprint. . To offer to youngsters with fewer opportunities the chance of a learning multicultural experience. Other objectives are: . Learn more about different diets and the ideologies behind those. . The production of a toolkit where to find good practices and tips for healthier and more sustainable food choices. . To promote inclusion and to break cultural barriers . To promote youth mobility and the Erasmus+ programme.
