The aim of this youth exchange is to empower youngsters, provide them possibility to get new skills and knowledge in the leadership area and increase their ability to create projects tackling and solving the common community problems. Objectives: -To provide participants with tools to develop their leadership skills in order to boost their inclusion in the society. -Boost them with skills and knowledge to give them chance for experiencing active citizenship, intercultural education, equal opportunities and empowerment of youth coming from different areas. -To develop concrete leadership skills for participants such as: intercultural communication and public speaking, team building, facilitation, conflict management amongst others. -To enable and motivate participants to share their knowledge, information and experience. -Using non formal education as a tool for social inclusion (presenting Compass manual) -Building a new network composed by young people with fewer opportunities with the aim to involve them in youth activities supported by the Youth Programme and by other programmes of aid; -To promote Erasmus + and other European programs as a tool for inclusion and empowerment of youth from rural areas.
