The changes in the European Union and the challenges presented, have led young people to relate to the new challenges of European society, such as immigration, radicalization, the economic crisis. These challenges, if not properly contextualized and addressed, risk leading young people towards attitudes of intolerance, violence, and radicalization. Volunteering is a very important and effective tool to counter this trend and to teach young people the European principles of solidarity, equality and tolerance. However, partner organizations have found a reduction in the presence of young people in the volunteering organizations and little constancy among the young volunteers present, who often become demotivated and abandon the service. I CAN VOLUNTEER project therefore aims to bring young people closer to the world of volunteering, to develop the values of tolerance, equality and solidarity and to help them face the new challenges of European society. At the same time, the project aims to provide youth workers with new tools to efficiently involve young people in voluntary organisations. The partners involved come from 6 different countries and are: 1. CENTER OF DIEGO FABBRI DI STUDI RICHERCHE E FORMAZIONE SUL TEATRO (Italy); 2. Asociación, Cultural, Social y Educativa, Segundas Oportunidades (Spain); 3. DRUSTVO ZA RAZVIJANJE PROSTOVOLJNEGA DELA NOVO MESTO (Slovenia); 4. Stowarzyszenie Sztukater (Poland); 5.
