"Crescendo: Music of change" is an international youth exchange on popular musical traditions that involves the involvement of 43 participants between 18 and 30 years in collaboration with 5 European partner countries: Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Turkey. The project includes an APV that will take place from July 5 to 7 and a youth exchange that will take place in Galbiate in the province of Lecco from 19 to 31 August. With this project we want to promote intercultural identity in the new generations through non formal education activities and the sharing of traditional songs and music. We want to promote the intercultural identity of Europe among the young participants, through the sharing of traditional songs and music on the basis of a representative performance of this international identity. The objectives of the project are: - Give the opportunity to 43 young people from different European countries, with particular attention to young people with fewer opportunities, to participate in an international travel and exchange experience. -Know the characteristics of the Erasmus + program that most concern them. -Propose a model of sustainable community cohabitation lasting 10 days. - Give the possibility to experiment different forms of communication, through languages and musical languages. -Create a comfortable atmosphere that puts participants at ease, stimulating, a catalyst for relationships and exchanges of ideas. -Reflecting on the dreams of one's own generation by comparing them with traditions (extrapolated from popular songs) recognizing differences and enhancing the similarities. -Create a musical performance that, through the sounds of traditions, gives voice to the union of the Dreams of young Europeans. - Improve the knowledge and musical skills of the participants -Video-document the experience. - Facilitate a path of growth that brings young participants to the perception of a feeling of international belonging and, by extension, to the human race.
