YEA project (Youth, Ecology and Art) is aimed to raise awareness, through art, among young people about the problem of pollution caused by poor waste disposal and lack of environmental education. The project is coherent with the objectives of the Europe 2020 Strategy, which aims to reduce gas emissions by 20% compared to 1990 levels, to obtain 20% of the energy needs from renewable sources and to increase energy efficiency by 20%. Youth exchange is also coherent with the objectives of the Erasmus + Program and, in particular, of the key action1, as through non-formal learning activities, it aims to promote the active role of young people in the creation of a more inclusive, cohesive and sustainable society.
