By participating in this project our school wanted to promote a range of key goals in our school development process. Digitalization and digital learning: Teachers should learn more about innovative approaches to digital teaching and learning - with a special focus on personalized learning. One main goal was to empower teachers to use digital tools and to perceive the opportunities they offer to enrich the learning process. Plurilingualism: Languages are key in order to develop a self-confident and mature personality. They also open doors to important areas of life and provide a wide range of learning opportunities. The ability to create links between languages should be trained by teachers as well as students. Suitable teaching methods should be developed further. Individual and interdisciplinary learning: We want to promote this key goal by special school visits. Another important goals of this project was to understand teaching and learning as relationship work and to strengthen the teacher's confidence in their field of expertise.
This has already been the third project of the Erasmus+ KA1 projects that we have done in order to train our teaching staff. Our experiences from all the former projects have been that the participating teachers could widen their horizon and develop their character. The projects helped us massively to reach our school development goals. It is of paramount importance for us that all the teachers have access to teacher trainings and can participate in school visits in order to improve their professionalism and grow their personalities. In addition we want to share our know how about innovative learning and teaching concepts with all those who are interested. We also strive for cooperations with other educational institutions which can enrich our learning process. One major goal of this project was to develop formatio Private School in a sustainable manner and making our school fit for the challenges of modern life. We very much appreciate the financial support which allows us to attend courses and visit school in other parts of Europe. In addition this project is also a great opportunity for our school and our teachers to engage in European-wide networking activities.
