At present, the gymnasium pays a lot of attention to the creation of a positive education system for students, the development of educational recommendations and methodology. The main needs of the gymnasium, taking into account the development of a positive system of children's education and creative work, were the following: - organization of learning and teaching based on the theory of positive education, - search for innovative teaching methods and tools, - development and implementation of in-service training course programs in the district, - individualisation and differentiation of curricula to meet the needs of pupils, - improving the language competences of gymnasium teachers, - promoting critical, creative, spatial thinking, - Improving IDKM methods - improving administration by encouraging teachers to have individual access to each pupil, - promoting effective communication and cooperation (teacher-student), - development of emotional intelligence of community members, - promoting leadership and teamwork skills, - promoting a happy, cultural and creative personality.
One of the strategic goals of the gymnasium is to improve the quality of the educational process and optimize its content. This goal could be achieved by improving lesson management, increasing students 'learning motivation, improving the quality of education and effectively using teachers' intellectual and organizational potential, raising qualifications and increasing motivation. By implementing the principles of a positive school in the gymnasium, we aim to develop motivated, conscious, happy people who are able to successfully realize themselves in their daily activities and future perspectives. In order to successfully implement another goal of the strategic plan, we must strive for the success of each student. This requires teachers with the competencies to help students prepare successfully for future careers. Good physical and mental health has been and remains our priority. We combined the topics of the course and the objectives of the follow-up with careful consideration of the expected results. The gymnasium administration has not only fully promoted teacher development initiatives but has been and continues to be a driving force for change. Gymnasium teachers are constantly improving and innovating, participating in various methodological activities in the district, the republic and the countries of the European Union. The project was just right for this topic.
