The aim of project is to improve the organization of educational process in order to create a personalized teaching/learning environment, ensuring the growth of each school community member' personality. We aimed to: • Strengthen student learning planning and organization strategies; • Improve structure and content of the lesson; • Implement innovative educational methods; • Identify integration possibilities by modelling and targeting educational activities and environments; • Improve knowledge of the use of various digital tools; • Improve the tools, methods and methodologies for progress evaluation; • Improve the general and professional competencies of teachers; • Increase the satisfaction of teachers; • Increase the motivation of students and improve their achievements through inclusive, active and stimulating activities; • Increase the involvement of parents in school life, their understanding of school activities, strengthen the relationship between students, parents, teachers and the administration; • Strengthen the attractiveness and excellence of school at a city, national and international level; • Increase awareness of different cultures and tolerance for differences.

Teachers strive to help students become wise, responsive and responsible citizens in a multicultural society, so they need to develop their competencies for cultural, national and global identification. It is therefore essential to increase the openness of school teachers to other cultures and attitudes by developing international knowledge and international cooperation.
